Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized AU Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
